This photo of a Dark Green Fritillary was taken at Hopton in Derbyshire by Paul Shaw.  Paul shot into the sun from a very low position to illuminate the wings and used a touch of flash to lift the shadows.  He used a Nikon D7000, Sigma 150mm macro and a Sigma ring flash.
