Warning Triangle  Copyright Info

Unless otherwise stated, all of the content of this web site is copyright of Gary Bradley owner of www.uksafari.com and is protected under British and International copyright laws.

If you wish to reproduce any of the text or photos a fee will be required.

Where the photos have been taken by a UK Safari visitor, that photographer will be contacted via e-mail to see if he/she is willing to allow their photos to be reproduced. Again a fee would normally be requested for that photographer.

Further explanation for the mentally challenged...

We receive many, many, many requests for the use of photos from the UK Safari website, and it seems that some prospective users expect to reproduce them for free.

Those of us not living in some imaginary world where fairies and elves dance under bubble gum trees know that the process of taking photos of nature subjects costs money.

When you take into account the cost of equipment, transport and hourly rate, plus the prices of reference books and the research time needed to accurately identify the subjects it all adds up to a lot of money.

The expectation often seems to be that we should subsidise others by not charging anything, or that we should run at a loss. Well we don't agree.

Some people out there may be outraged at us trying to keep from going broke. Frankly we don't care. The information on this website has been provided at our own expense, and we therefore feel entirely justified in charging for the use of this material.
